Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, along with completion of a formal craft apprenticeship, or a comparable combination of education and hands-on production maintenance experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, with solid electrical and industrial mechanical skills
- Demonstrated mechanical ability and strong problem-solving capabilities for equipment failures
- Familiarity with computers and proficiency in using MS Office applications
Nice to Have
- Experience in welder repair is advantageous
- Background in HVAC systems is beneficial
