Responsibilities
- Foster a workplace culture centered on safety and operational efficiency to drive strong business outcomes.

- Assist in allocating personnel, tools, and materials effectively to meet planned maintenance timelines.
- Advise the maintenance team on strategies to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
- Collaborate with operations and process teams to resolve daily production challenges.
- Identify opportunities for long-term process improvements and lead project execution to achieve results.
- Perform all duties in compliance with safety standards and established operating procedures.
- Conduct activities in a manner that upholds and enhances the organization’s reputation.
