Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of skilled duties in the maintenance, repair, and modification of equipment, HVAC units, building utility systems, and grounds
  • Construct various items requiring carpentry and wood finishing skills
  • Follow a written planned maintenance program on various mechanical, electrical, and systems equipment
  • Complete necessary documentation as required in permanent files
