Responsibilities
- Conduct full verification of entered data by comparing it with original maintenance invoices to ensure complete accuracy in cost, quantity, and vendor information.
- Enhance invoice records by assigning costs to correct technical classifications, such as relevant ATA Chapters or Engine Modules, based on component function and location.
- Add contextual details to financial entries to clarify the reasons behind expenses in relation to asset program terms.
- Identify and correct discrepancies between recorded financial data and the actual information documented in invoices or maintenance records.
- Detect and report repeated inconsistencies, trends, or data inaccuracies for tracking and corrective action.
- Support the discovery and integration of new methods to improve data quality and detail in financial records.
