Volaris is looking for a Maintenance Instructor to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering training courses to maintenance personnel, ensuring compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements for the area. What You'll Do
- Create and update study programs
- Design course curriculum and materials
- Deliver training courses
- Report on participant course evaluations
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical Technician with a Class I or II License, or an Aeronautical Engineer
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an instructor or maintenance technician
- Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
