Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve issues in 480V three-phase electrical systems
- Analyze and service production equipment operated by programmable logic controllers
- Set up, service, and troubleshoot variable frequency drives, motor control components, and motor control centers
- Review and apply electrical diagrams, technical prints, and schematics during maintenance tasks
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on curing system controls, load cells, temperature sensors, boiler electrical components, motors, and drives
- Assist in diagnosing combined electrical and mechanical problems in manufacturing machinery
- Service and maintain facility lighting, electrical distribution networks, and alarm systems
- Build and adapt electrical enclosures and control systems as needed
- Work with mechanical technicians and control systems engineers to address equipment malfunctions
- Support adherence to workplace safety protocols, including compliance with NFPA 70E standards
