Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of duties related to maintenance, repair, and modification of the building, utility systems, and grounds
• Assist with the maintenance and repair of building systems and grounds
• Follow a written planned maintenance program for mechanical, electrical, and systems equipment
• Complete necessary documentation as required for permanent files

Requirements

• Must demonstrate the ability to communicate, understand, and carry out directions or instructions, both written and verbal
• Must be able to work independently

Nice to Have

• High school graduate or GED preferred
• At least one year of experience in one of the following fields: general maintenance (institution or building), carpentry or facility construction, plumbing and/or electricity, appliance maintenance
