Responsibilities
- Operate advanced inserting systems equipped with barcode scanning and camera validation under fast-paced production conditions
- Configure mail insertion machinery accurately to maximize efficiency and output speed
- Handle and process damaged or misdirected mail items with precision
- Organize and sort mail after completion of mailing assignments
- Maintain consistent production quality meeting management standards
- Manage the return of unused or excess stock materials
- Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisors
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent education preferred
- At least one year of experience as a machine operator in a high-speed production setting
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with Pitney Bowes FPS, MPS, or Epic systems is advantageous

Full-time Schedule
Monday – Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm (2nd shift)
Overtime
- Scheduled as needed
- Extended hours typically occur at least once per month, often during the first week for month-end processing
- Additional overtime may occur during the week and occasionally on weekends
