Responsibilities
- Run advanced inserting machines equipped with barcode reading and camera verification in a fast-paced setting.
- Prepare and configure mail insertion equipment correctly to maximize efficiency and output.
- Handle damaged or misrouted mail items with precision and follow proper procedures.
- Organize and sort mail after completion of mailing tasks.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality results according to management standards.
- Manage the return of unused or excess materials following established protocols.
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisors.

Other
- Full-time hours from 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Overtime is assigned based on operational needs.
- Extended shifts are typically scheduled at least once per month, often in the first week, to support month-end operations.
- Additional overtime may occur during the week and could include weekend work in rare cases.
- Job requires standing, walking, and upper body movement for up to 10 hours daily.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers to grasp, handle, or feel objects, and to communicate verbally and hear.
- Occasional bending, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be necessary.
- Regularly required to lift, move, pull, or push loads up to 40 pounds without assistance.
- Vision requirements include near and far acuity, color accuracy, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
