Maersk is offering a 6-month internship program in Thailand, designed for final-year students and fresh graduates to gain direct, hands-on experience in global logistics. As an intern in the SEED Program, you will work on real-world projects within supply chain management, warehousing, transportation, and operational excellence, collaborating with industry experts to drive efficiency and innovation.
What You'll Do
Depending on your placement, your responsibilities will include:
Customer Experience Intern
- Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to customers.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Support in preparing reports on customer feedback and service performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and working processes.
- Join projects assigned by the Manager.
Transport Operation Management Intern
- Assist in monitoring operation status and providing updates to internal teams.
- Collaborate with related departments to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Support in analyzing transportation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Help manage transportation documentation.
- Assist in resolving transportation-related issues and delays.
- Join projects assigned by the Manager.
What We're Looking For
- Final-year students who can commit to work full-time for 6 months from 01/September/2025 or fresh graduates.
- Major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, International Business, Finance, Economics, or any related field.
- Proficient in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must be a Native Thai speaker.
- Have good communication and teamwork skills.
- Data-driven and proactive mindset.
- High learning agility and a willing-to-do attitude.
Nice to Have
- Candidates who can use additional languages such as Chinese will have a huge advantage.
