Requirements
- Minimum of five years managing Microsoft 365 platforms
- Proven background in overseeing multi-tenant Microsoft 365 infrastructures
- Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Intune
- Track record implementing security and compliance features in Microsoft 365
- Advanced proficiency in PowerShell for scripting and automation
- Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Graph API
- Understanding of HIPAA regulatory standards and secure IT practices
- Strong ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
Nice to Have
- Holdings Microsoft certifications such as Enterprise Administrator Expert, Security Administrator Associate, or Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Experience supporting hybrid identity configurations
- Background in MSP or managed services with responsibility for multiple client environments
