Responsibilities
- Deliver a polished, hospitality-driven customer experience.
- Engage customers with product expertise and personalized recommendations.
- Support sales of luxury items including fine jewelry, designer brands, and collectible merchandise.
- Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards to showcase high-value inventory.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting).
- Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
- Minimum age: 18 years old.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Strong desire to serve customers and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in basic math calculations.
- Ability to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.
- Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Computer literate; able to operate POS systems and common office machines.

- Cash-handling experience preferred.
