Superpower is hiring a Longevity Nurse Practitioner - Telehealth (Multi-state Licensed, CA Required)

Responsibilities

  • Provide telehealth consultations to patients
  • Develop and implement patient care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Educate patients on longevity and wellness strategies
  • Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Document patient interactions and maintain records
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
  • Adhere to state and federal healthcare regulations
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy
  • Provide culturally sensitive care to diverse patient populations
  • Coordinate with other healthcare providers for patient referrals
  • Conduct follow-up consultations to assess patient progress
  • Utilize telehealth technology for virtual consultations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of longevity research and practices
  • Provide support and guidance to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with patients and team members
  • Manage patient caseload and prioritize care needs
  • Provide emergency care and support as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and case discussions
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and ethics

Licensing Requirements

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in multiple states, including California
  • Board certification in a relevant specialty
