Longbridge Financial is seeking an entry-level Post Closing Specialist I to join our team. This in-office role is responsible for reviewing and scanning all required documents into our AIQ imaging system after funding, submitting files to HUD for insurance endorsement, and ensuring all applicable regulatory requirements are met.

What You'll Do

Prepare case binders for submission based on HUD requirements to get loans insured in a timely manner.
Prepare collateral packages for delivery to our document custodian for pre-certification of loans.
Review loans in FHA Connection (FHA-C) to validate which loans are insured and which received a Notice of Return (NOR).
Print and ship all final documents dropped into a Sharepoint site to our document custodian to prepare pools for Final Certification.
Review and log any final documents received by partners or title companies in our Loan Origination System (LOS) before sending to our Document Custodian.
Participate in ongoing training to elevate personal development and knowledge of the product.

What We're Looking For

High School diploma or GED
Precise attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Skilled in the use of personal computers and related software applications, specifically Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Word
High level of integrity and trust
The ability to work in office Monday – Friday 7am-4pm CST
