What You'll Do
Develop and refine a content strategy that resonates with professional women and top-tier entrepreneurs. You'll identify emerging trends, generate 10 fresh video concepts weekly, and produce one fully developed script per week—from idea selection to final collaboration on thumbnails and titles.
Research deeply, write clearly, and think strategically. You’ll turn insights into long-form videos, repurpose content across platforms, and use Twitter as a real-time feedback loop—posting daily tweets and weekly threads to test ideas and spot what resonates.
Upload videos, coordinate with editors, and iterate based on performance. Your work will directly influence audience growth and engagement, with a focus on building trust and driving meaningful customer acquisition.
Requirements
- Commitment to full-time work after an initial trial period
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work evenings or weekends when needed
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on shared success
- Long-term commitment—ideally three years or more
