Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and track inbound and outbound shipments arrangement.
- Liaise with contract manufacturing, freight forwarders, and trucking service providers.
- Monitor pick up and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock receiving and shipping status.
- Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation (B/L, invoices, packing lists).
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and internal policies.
- Documentation collection
- Act as a liaison between suppliers, warehouses, and customers to resolve shipment issues.
- Track and report key logistics KPIs (lead times, freight costs, on-time delivery).
- Record and update PO transactions in the ERP system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience.
- Knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
- Proficiency in logistics software (especially Netsuite).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Experience in both domestic and international logistics.
- Data analysis skills for cost and performance tracking.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
