Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is looking for a Logistics Sales & Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of a cold-chain logistics solution tailored for Direct-To-Consumer businesses. You will lead end-to-end sales efforts and position a robust fulfillment and delivery network as the go-to solution for top brands.
What You'll Do
- Sell best-in-class cold-chain frozen 3PL fulfillment solutions to DTC companies across the US.
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline while expanding existing accounts to drive growth.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospect evaluation and service presentation to proposal development and closing.
- Execute outbound efforts using cold calls, email, LinkedIn outreach, industry networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor fulfillment capabilities to client needs and emerging market demands.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the logistics industry, especially in 3PL service sales.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset, able to identify ideal client fits and design tailored pitches.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a flexible and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a relationship-driven selling style.
- High level of curiosity and adaptability to navigate a growing and innovative logistics offering.
