Lidl seeks a Logistics Processes Manager to oversee the receipt and preparation of goods for distribution to stores within the region. You will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring the achievement of operational goals, and coordinating logistical projects for the delegation.
What You'll Do
- Manage the receipt and preparation of goods for stores in the delegation.
- Lead and develop your team in accordance with company principles.
- Ensure the defined operational objectives are met.
- Hold cost review meetings with your direct reports.
- Ensure optimal management of available space and surface area.
- Manage stock levels and store claims.
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments within the Delegation.
- Coordinate the implementation of new projects driven by National Logistics.
What We're Looking For
- A completed university degree.
- Proven experience in team management and development.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Initiative, results-orientation, and a passion for teamwork.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in logistics, sales, or merchandise-related areas.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
- An advanced level of English and/or German.
