Lidl was looking for a Logistics Processes Manager

Lidl seeks a Logistics Processes Manager to oversee the receipt and preparation of goods for distribution to stores within the region. You will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring the achievement of operational goals, and coordinating logistical projects for the delegation.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the receipt and preparation of goods for stores in the delegation.
  • Lead and develop your team in accordance with company principles.
  • Ensure the defined operational objectives are met.
  • Hold cost review meetings with your direct reports.
  • Ensure optimal management of available space and surface area.
  • Manage stock levels and store claims.
  • Coordinate and communicate with various departments within the Delegation.
  • Coordinate the implementation of new projects driven by National Logistics.

What We're Looking For

  • A completed university degree.
  • Proven experience in team management and development.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Initiative, results-orientation, and a passion for teamwork.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in logistics, sales, or merchandise-related areas.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
  • An advanced level of English and/or German.
