Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage logistics team, including warehouse, coordinators, and support personnel, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff on company policies, safety procedures, and logistics operations.
  • Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and address staffing issues.
  • Oversee daily logistics activities, including coordination with suppliers, receiving, storing, and shipping goods, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
