QuidelOrtho is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of finished goods orders from initial entry through to final delivery across global markets. What You'll Do

Manage all logistic and transport aspects from order entry or receipt to final delivery of products to customers.
Synchronize order release to the warehouse, manage specific customer requirements, coordinate logistics documents, carrier booking/scheduling, and customs activities.
Respond to order enquiries, advise any potential delays or impacts in a timely manner, and address resolution with relevant key stakeholders.
Act as primary interface between Customer Service and Supply Chain for delivering orders to customers.
Monitor orders, especially aging orders, to ensure allocated orders are transmitted to the warehouse and validated orders at 3PL are shipped.
Manage customer non-product–related complaints and champion resolution.
Execute product return and credit note processes.
Ensure all procedures and working instructions are kept up to date.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor to Master degree specialized in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or Transport.
At least 1 year+ of relevant experience in Logistic, Distribution, or Transport.
Good understanding of pan-European logistic organization and export & customs regulations.
Customer-orientated, well organized, with a good sense of priorities & multi-tasking.
Able to work in a team, including remote colleagues.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Committed, flexible, and fluent in English.
Computer literate with working knowledge of software such as Word and Excel, and ERP knowledge.
