Responsibilities
- Manage the coordination of domestic and international freight movements, including booking arrangements with freight carriers and verifying accuracy and compliance of shipping paperwork.
- Assist with month-end logistics reporting, keep accurate records, and deliver timely updates to relevant departments.
- Identify opportunities to reduce freight expenses, streamline logistics workflows, and help establish consistent distribution standards.
- Foster productive relationships with internal departments and external logistics providers, including freight forwarders and shipping firms.
