Responsibilities
- Set up and adapt Logikal software to align with project needs and organizational standards.
- Deliver technical assistance and instructional support to engineering, design, and production personnel using Logikal.
- Work with project leads and design units to maintain seamless data exchange between CAD, ERP, and production platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve software problems, coordinating with vendors when necessary.
- Create and manage documentation, operational workflows, and recommended practices for Logikal implementation.
- Maintain adherence to industry regulations and internal design guidelines.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts by finding ways to boost productivity through software enhancements.
