Flock Safety is hiring a Local Account Executive, Public Safety

About the Role

Responsible for selling public safety technology solutions to local government and law enforcement agencies, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving sales in a designated region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local government and law enforcement agencies.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to management.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to address client inquiries and issues.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and activity updates.
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Work closely with the product management team to gather client feedback.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development of sales collateral and marketing materials.
  • Participate in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide input on product development based on client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions.
