Responsibilities
- Evaluate and sell valuable mortgage solutions to both new and existing clients across the country.
- Maintain strong compliance results across all areas from phone solicitation through application and funding.
- Gather and analyze customer documentation for loan submission in accordance with CMG’s underwriting guidelines and procedures.
- Meet all required minimum performance standards as it pertains to activity, lead conversion, and fundings.
- Work with various corporate departments to provide best-in-class service to all of CMG’s customers for both purchase and refinance transactions.
