eBay is looking for a Live Producer to lead and optimize eBay Live shopping events, ensuring seamless production, seller collaboration, and audience engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to curate compelling live shopping events aligned with eBay’s e-commerce goals.
What You'll Do
- Support and lead all aspects of the end-to-end production of eBay Live shopping events, ensuring seamless execution and engaging viewer experiences
- Support in creation of processes, playbooks, and cross functional shareouts regarding Live programming
- Lead live video and audio production, including RTMP streaming operations involving OBS Studio, HDMI/SDI/NDI camera operations, and the native eBay Live Platform, networking, and RTMP streaming setups
- Collaborate with category managers, sellers, and hosts to curate compelling live shopping events
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as GMV, viewer engagement, returning buyers, and event saves to optimize event strategies
- Identify and implement process improvements to improve the efficiency, scalability, and quality of eBay Live events
- Work with marketing teams to develop pre-show promotions, push notifications, and event branding to improve reach and connection with the audience
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in live video production, event management, or e-commerce content production
- Strong understanding of live streaming technologies, including video switching, OBS Studio, RTMP setups, and NDI networking
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with sellers, hosts, and cross-functional teams
- Data based approach to decision making
- Passion for live commerce, digital media, and delivering engaging and innovative shopping experiences
- Some weekend work and travel may be required
