About the Role

Traba is looking for a Live Operations Specialist (Track & Trace) to join our team in the Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring daily operations, ensuring flawless shift execution, and providing excellent support to workers and businesses on our marketplace.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor Traba's daily operations live and ensure all marketplace shifts are executed flawlessly.
  • Prepare and troubleshoot in real-time to guarantee smooth shift execution.
  • Coordinate closely with the Territory Operations Manager to understand customer needs and shape daily operations.
  • Ensure a positive and trusted experience for workers before, during, and after their shifts.
  • Resolve worker support issues in a timely manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with and manage workers to deliver the required number for our clients.
  • Ensure workers are clocked in and out at the right times for accurate payment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and product efficiency.
  • Support forward-filling or worker-vetting initiatives as needed.
  • Help build and continuously improve standard operating procedures.
  • Learn and master multiple internal systems.
  • Help workers use the Traba app and handle sensitive, complex user-facing issues.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of professional experience in track & trace, logistics coordination, or a similar role at a fast-growth company.
  • Proven ability to balance multiple critical tasks, work under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • An ownership mentality and strong work ethic.
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude with strong customer empathy and care for our workers.
  • Customer management skills, including problem-solving, setting expectations, and building relationships.
  • Grit and willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle tasks hands-on.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail balanced with swift execution.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.

Team & Environment

You will coordinate closely with a Territory Operations Manager to shape daily operations and meet customer needs.
