As a Live Commerce Administrator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the operational flow of live selling events across multiple digital platforms. Your primary responsibility will be preparing and managing product listings, promotions, and inventory setups ahead of scheduled broadcasts on platforms such as WhatNot and eBay Live. You'll ensure all product details—pricing, descriptions, images, and stock levels—are accurate and properly configured before each session.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and organise product bundles and promotions for live commerce events across various platforms
- Schedule broadcasts according to the live commerce calendar and maintain a central performance log
- Coordinate with operations and planning teams to verify inventory availability
- Identify and report potential stock discrepancies before or after live events
- Upload and manage product data within live selling interfaces
- Support live sessions by monitoring comments, handling customer inquiries, and processing cancellations
- Collect and compile post-event data for analysis, including performance metrics and session outcomes
- Document results and assist in internal reviews to inform future improvements
What You Bring
- Strong organisational abilities and a detail-oriented mindset
- Experience with e-commerce systems, digital dashboards, and online product management
- Proficiency in using Microsoft 365, Teams, spreadsheets, and data management tools
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely during UK business hours
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Familiarity with live commerce platforms such as WhatNot or eBay Live (preferred)
- Prior experience in D2C e-commerce or multi-brand environments is a plus
