Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain case files and records
- Prepare legal documents including pleadings and motions
- Assist in drafting correspondence and client communications

- File documents with courts following procedural rules

- Manage service of process documentation
- Gather evidence and witness information
- Assist with discovery requests and responses
- Maintain calendars for case milestones
- Prepare exhibits and trial binders
- Verify accuracy of legal filings
- Support settlement documentation processes
- Monitor case progression and update case status
- Organize electronic and physical case files
- Assist in preparing for client meetings
- Coordinate with experts and outside vendors
- Ensure compliance with court rules and procedures
- Update internal databases with case developments
- Handle intake and distribution of case-related mail
- Prepare notarized documents and affidavits
- Assist in managing multiple active cases simultaneously
