Summary

Responsibilities
• Craft comprehensive legal documentation including pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, legal memoranda
• Submit electronic court filings for state and federal jurisdictions
• Facilitate communication between clients, courts, legal counsel, and external parties
• Perform extensive legal and factual research
• Develop discovery documents, interrogatories, and corresponding responses
• Generate and serve legal summons
• Coordinate and synthesize deposition proceedings
• Assemble trial binders and exhibits alongside legal support team
• Compose appellate documentation for court submission
• Maintain systematic pleadings and discovery indexes
• Organize evidentiary materials, documents, exhibits, briefs, appendices
• Support attorneys with interrogatory and discovery request processes
• Collect relevant information across multiple sources
• Interface between trial teams and internal/external stakeholders
• Assist with witness preparation and case settlement negotiations
• Execute additional assigned tasks supporting organizational objectives
Qualifications
• Associate's Degree, certificate, or equivalent professional experience
• Nationally accredited paralegal program completion (preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Premises Liability, Medical Malpractice
• Minimum 2 years litigation paralegal or legal services experience
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational capabilities
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented professional approach
• On-site work requirement (remote/hybrid not eligible)
