Key Responsibilities - Handle a broad range of insurance defense matters, including personal injury, construction, premises liability, and trucking cases - Manage cases independently while also collaborating effectively with team members - Conduct regular court appearances, hearings, and depositions - Communicate with clients and prepare monthly status reports - Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work product - Maintain an average of 180 billable/collected hours per month, unless otherwise approved by firm management Experience & Requirements - 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience - Strong analytical, written, and verbal advocacy skills - Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision - Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Texas - Dual licensure in New Mexico or Oklahoma is a plus Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary with bonus opportunities - Remote work environment - Excellent Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance coverage - 401(k) with employer matching - Additional reimbursable expenses approved by firm management - Generous paid vacation
