Responsibilities
- Manage and sustain Linux platforms to ensure consistent performance, reliability, and security
- Carry out database-related tasks with a preference for SQL-based systems
- Utilize scripting to streamline operations and enhance system functionality
- Implement ITIL guidelines in routine service management activities
- Work with multi-team units to assist and maintain cloud infrastructure
- Assist in system monitoring and performance evaluation using platforms like Dynatrace
- Support DevOps initiatives and configuration management through tools such as Ansible
