Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive LinkedIn content strategies for founder-focused personal branding
- Create, design, and optimize engaging LinkedIn posts, carousels, and video content from concept to completion
- Manage end-to-end content production including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing
- Analyze content performance metrics and iterate strategies based on data-driven insights
- Collaborate with leadership on overall content strategy and brand direction while working autonomously
Requirements
- Self-driven and able to work independently
- Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate needs and solve problems without constant direction
- Excellent command of English
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to craft compelling copy
