Ten Group is hiring a Lifestyle Manager - Travel - Trilingual Speaker to join our APAC team. You will be responsible for fulfilling leisure travel requests for our global members, creating exceptional travel experiences with a focus on high-volume flight bookings and luxury cruise sales, all from a full remote position within Malaysia.
What You'll Do
- Fulfill leisure travel requests for global members, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Handle a high volume of scheduled, no-frills, and chartered flight-only requests, specializing in first and business-class bookings.
- Create bespoke luxury holidays for high-net-worth clients.
- Provide top-tier service to encourage repeat usage of concierge services.
- Work on a shift basis, offering services between 07:00-22:00 local time, Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays.
What We're Looking For
- Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Strong commercial judgment and experience finding optimal travel solutions.
- Proficiency with GDS booking technology, preferably Amadeus, and job management systems.
- Expertise in dedicated cruise ship sales within a travel agency, tour operator, or concierge business.
- Demonstrated success in flight sales, including complex itineraries and multi-sector routes.
- A deep enthusiasm for a wide variety of leisure and city destinations.
- Ability to act with tact, diplomacy, and superior problem-solving skills.
- Superb attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivation, initiative, and drive to excel.
- Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, both written and spoken.
- Adaptability to change and evolving environments.
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating accountability.
- Located anywhere in Malaysia with a secure, distraction-free home office.
- Internet service meeting minimum requirements and speed.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience as a Cruise Specialist within a travel agency.
- Experience ideally using Amadeus or similar GDS systems.
Technical Stack
- GDS booking technology, preferably Amadeus.
- Job management systems.
