Lifehouse is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to support our mission-driven organization as we scale. In this role, you’ll partner directly with the Talent Acquisition Manager to reach hiring goals, implement strategies, and ensure a seamless, positive experience for both candidates and our internal hiring teams.

What You'll Do

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and various hiring teams.
Manage and update candidate data across our ATS and related systems.
Track and report on recruiting metrics to inform short and long-term planning.
Assist with the implementation and calibration of new systems, including our ATS.
Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with phone screening, resume review, and candidate evaluations during high-volume periods.
Maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

What We're Looking For

Two years of experience in recruitment or recruitment coordination.
A proven ability to provide an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Skill in scheduling with consistency, professionalism, and good judgment.
Strong multitasking ability to manage applications for multiple roles, juggle schedules, and field timely communications.
Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, Microsoft Office, and Google platforms, plus a willingness to learn new systems.
