About the Role
This position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end employee lifecycle within time and attendance platforms, providing support, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring adherence to regional policies and system requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee data changes throughout the employment lifecycle in timekeeping systems
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to time and attendance tools
- Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of employee records in relevant platforms
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams
- Respond to inquiries from employees and HR partners regarding time tracking
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations in time recording practices
- Monitor system alerts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Generate reports on time and attendance metrics for stakeholders
- Collaborate with HRIS and payroll teams to ensure data consistency
- Assist in audits related to workforce timekeeping data
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Stay current on regional labor laws affecting time tracking
- Support system upgrades and new feature rollouts
- Provide training materials for users of time and attendance systems
- Escalate complex issues following defined protocols
- Track and document support tickets to closure
- Validate data integrity during system integrations
- Coordinate with managers to resolve time approval delays
- Enforce role-based access controls in timekeeping platforms
- Maintain documentation for procedures and workflows
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity efforts
- Participate in cross-functional projects involving HR systems
- Ensure consistent application of policies across the region
- Monitor user activity for compliance with company standards
- Assist in year-end and system-specific reconciliations
