About the Role
This position manages employee relations cases and transition events across the EMEA and APAC regions, ensuring consistent processes, accurate recordkeeping, and timely resolution of employee inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Handle employee relations matters including performance concerns, conduct issues, and workplace conflicts
- Support employee lifecycle transitions such as promotions, transfers, and role changes
- Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with regional regulations
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and managers on case resolution
- Draft and review documentation for employee relations cases
- Ensure consistent application of policies across regions
- Provide guidance on local labor laws and cultural considerations
- Escalate complex cases to senior HR staff when necessary
- Track and report on employee relations metrics
- Support investigations into workplace complaints
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams as needed
- Manage employee exit processes including documentation and offboarding
- Assist with organizational change initiatives impacting employees
- Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in all employee matters
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
- Participate in cross-regional projects to standardize HR practices
- Stay current on employment law changes in EMEA and APAC countries
- Support the development of HR templates and toolkits
- Facilitate communication between employees and management during transitions
- Contribute to improving HR operational efficiency
- Promote a fair and respectful workplace culture
- Administer disciplinary and grievance processes
- Monitor case resolution timelines and service level agreements
- Support employee engagement efforts during periods of change
- Assist in onboarding new HR team members to processes
