About the Role
The ideal candidate will own the development and implementation of lifecycle marketing strategies that nurture leads, onboard new customers, and drive engagement across multiple touchpoints using automation and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage automated email campaigns for customer onboarding, retention, and re-engagement
- Use customer data to segment audiences and personalize messaging
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align lifecycle messaging with customer needs
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics
- Optimize customer journeys using A/B testing and behavioral insights
- Maintain and update marketing automation workflows
- Create content calendars for lifecycle campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all lifecycle communications
- Analyze customer lifecycle stages to identify drop-off points and opportunities
- Implement win-back strategies for inactive users
- Support lead nurturing programs with targeted content delivery
- Track customer lifetime value and retention trends
- Coordinate with design teams to produce engaging email templates
- Manage compliance with email regulations and data privacy standards
- Use CRM and marketing platforms to execute campaigns
- Develop dashboards to visualize campaign effectiveness
- Stay current with marketing automation best practices
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to inform future strategies
- Integrate feedback loops from customer support and success teams
- Assist in onboarding new marketing team members to lifecycle systems
