Plaud Inc. is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager (EU). This role requires a seasoned professional to take ownership of our European email marketing programs. You will blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution to elevate customer engagement across diverse markets while ensuring GDPR-compliant practices.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end email campaigns across multiple European audiences.
- Drive segmentation, automation, and lifecycle strategy tailored for the region.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver localized, on-brand campaigns.
- Continuously improve key KPIs such as open rate, CTR, conversions, and revenue.
- Maintain email list hygiene and ensure GDPR-compliant marketing practices.
- Support and enable regional partners across target markets.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in email marketing.
- Experience using platforms like Klaviyo, Salesforce, or similar.
- Firm grasp of marketing automation, CRM workflows, and segmentation.
- Analytical thinker with strong reporting and optimization skills.
- Proficiency in English and at least one of French, German, Italian, or Spanish.
- Deep understanding of GDPR and European privacy standards.
Nice to Have
- Experience in DTC, e-commerce, SaaS, or digital consumer brands.
- Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for editing email templates.
- Familiarity with CDPs, SMS, and push notification strategies.
