Nacar is looking for a hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and optimize our customer journey across email, SMS, and Shopify. You'll be responsible for managing campaigns and automations via Klaviyo while overseeing operations across our three distinct storefronts, driving growth from acquisition to retention.
What You'll Do
- Own and optimize email and SMS campaigns, automations, flows, and transactional messages via Klaviyo.
- Segment and manage customer journeys for new, VIP, at-risk, and repeat customers.
- Launch and analyze A/B tests to continuously improve channel performance.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop templates and messaging.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations like CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA.
- Manage 3 Shopify storefronts (DTC, B2B, affiliate/team), including product uploads, collections, tags, and content updates.
- Partner with design and operations teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Execute promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising updates.
- Map and optimize the full customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention.
- Support the creation of loyalty and/or referral programs.
- Identify key moments for messaging across channels.
- Align with design, operations, and CX teams for product drops and tentpole campaigns.
- Drive campaign timelines across email, SMS, and Shopify.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in lifecycle marketing and e-commerce operations.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketing.
- Proven, practical experience with Klaviyo and Shopify.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A self-starter attitude and curiosity to learn new tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing multi-store environments within Shopify.
- Background in B2B e-commerce.
- Experience working with sports or lifestyle brands.
