Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed reports on lien status and resolution progress
- Collaborate with case managers to align on client-specific strategies
- Respond to inquiries from internal teams regarding lien status
- Identify discrepancies in billing or claims documentation
- Escalate complex cases to senior staff when necessary
- Follow established protocols for dispute resolution
- Track key performance metrics related to lien resolution timelines
- Stay current on changes in healthcare billing regulations
- Use case management software to update and monitor files
- Support audit requests with complete and organized documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Work within defined turnaround timeframes for responses
- Assist in training new team members on negotiation procedures
- Provide updates during team meetings on case progress
- Develop strategies for recurring lien holder patterns
- Ensure consistent application of settlement guidelines
- Monitor post-resolution outcomes for accuracy
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Adhere to quality assurance standards in all communications
- Manage high volumes of cases without compromising accuracy
- Coordinate with legal advisors when needed
Nice to Have
