Responsibilities
- Adhere to healthcare regulations such as JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA in all practices.
- Carry out LVN clinical duties with proficiency, including proper medication administration, sterile field setup, and equipment decontamination and sterilization.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately, promptly, and in full alignment with organizational standards.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with physicians, medical assistants, patient coordinators, and other team members regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules, while anticipating needs effectively.
- Record clinical and surgical chart entries with accuracy and completeness.
- Deliver the highest standard of patient care and customer service at all times.
- Follow established policies and procedures consistently to support favorable patient outcomes.
- Enhance patient retention by delivering superior care and a positive patient experience.
- Support all facets of clinical and surgical operations as needed.
- Demonstrate professionalism, emotional maturity, and the ability to collaborate with individuals of varied backgrounds and personalities.
- Perform additional duties or special assignments as directed by clinical leadership.

$38-40/hour. Total compensation varies based on candidate experience and relevant licenses or certifications.
