Responsibilities
- Adhering to healthcare regulations such as JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
- Carrying out clinical duties with proficiency, including proper medication administration, sterile field setup, and equipment sterilization
- Maintaining accurate, timely, and complete documentation in line with organizational protocols
- Communicating clearly with physicians, medical assistants, patient coordinators, and other team members regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules
- Recording surgical and clinical notes with precision and completeness
- Delivering the highest standard of patient care and service at all times
- Following established policies and procedures to support favorable patient outcomes
- Supporting patient retention by delivering superior care and positive patient experiences
- Providing assistance across all areas of clinical and surgical operations
- Demonstrating professionalism and adaptability when working with individuals of varied backgrounds and personalities
- Completing additional assignments and responsibilities as directed by clinical leadership
