Responsibilities
- Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations such as JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
- Carry out clinical duties with proficiency, including accurate medication administration, proper sterile field setup, and correct equipment disinfection and sterilization.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately, on time, and in full compliance with organizational guidelines.
- Communicate clearly and regularly with physicians, Medical Assistants, Patient Coordinators, and other team members regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules, with proactive anticipation of needs.
- Record clinical and surgical chart entries with precision and completeness.
- Deliver the highest standard of patient care and service consistently.
- Follow established policies and procedures to support favorable patient outcomes.
- Support increased patient retention by delivering exceptional care and a positive patient experience.
- Provide assistance across all areas of clinical and surgical operations.
- Demonstrate professionalism, emotional maturity, and the ability to work effectively with individuals of varied backgrounds and personalities.
- Perform additional assignments and take on responsibilities as directed by Clinical Leadership.
