Brightline is seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide high-quality, accessible behavioral health care. You will deliver therapy services remotely to clients located in Washington, with the flexibility to join as a part-time or full-time clinician.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual therapy sessions to clients via a secure telehealth platform
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessment
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with standards
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure coordinated support for clients
What We're Looking For
- Current, independent clinical license in Washington (e.g., LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or PsyD)
- Experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology
- Commitment to cultural competency and providing inclusive care
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates licensed and residing in Washington. You can choose between part-time or full-time engagement.
