Join a technology design team focused on creating accurate and functional 3-D models for complex structures. In this role, you'll use Revit and other design software to translate construction documentation into detailed digital representations that support building and maintenance workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert construction documents, sketches, and technical data into precise 3-D models with full component detail.
- Produce detailed design layouts, including dimensions, materials, and assembly procedures for structural systems.
- Generate schematic diagrams and angled views to illustrate how components and systems interact functionally.
- Evaluate specifications and design inputs to identify constraints and requirements affecting final outputs.
- Add annotations, instructions, and reference notes directly to technical drawings for clarity and usability.
- Update and refine designs to correct errors, improve performance, and resolve integration challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver accurate design packages.
- Support team coordination to ensure designs meet quality benchmarks and align with project timelines.
- Prepare reports and share model data to assist colleagues across disciplines.
- Travel to office or client locations may be required on occasion.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support project delivery.
Work Environment
