Trusted Shops is looking for a Recreation Host to create and manage a dynamic leisure, sports, and wellness program for our guests. In this onsite role, you will ensure the highest standards of safety, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Create an attractive leisure, sports, and wellness program for guests.
Assist in creating a children’s entertainment program including crafts, games, excursions, theme days, and story telling.
Assume overall responsibility for maintaining standards to ensure facilities and equipment are clean, in good condition, and well maintained.
Ensure the safety of clients and employees involved in sports and entertainment activities.
Perform assigned side duties.
Handle administrative tasks including preparation of attendance sheets, disclaimers, and daily reports.
Enforce rules and regulations of the facilities, programs, and activities.
Adhere to hotel safety standards.
Assist in keeping accurate records of attendance, inventory, maintenance, and janitorial supplies.
Apprise superior to order equipment and supplies in advance.
Preserve a high level of hygiene and sanitation in the department.
Adhere to uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
Attend staff meetings and job-specific training sessions as scheduled.
Ensure all equipment is in prime condition and safe for guest use.
Ensure proper usage of all equipment by guests by assisting and correcting them when necessary.
Support new team members/trainees with procedures in different areas of the operation.
Ensure proper disclaimers are signed when required for different activities and areas.
Participate in and organize regular activities in the resort, especially during festive seasons.
Follow all safety procedures and policies in all areas of the department.
