Sobi is hiring a Hematology Clinical Account Manager to be the primary customer contact for sales demand creation in Connecticut and Springfield, MA. This strategic role requires comprehensive clinical knowledge to communicate on-label product benefits and achieve territory sales goals.
What You'll Do
- Represent Sobi’s products and services to generate and grow sales, consistently achieving or exceeding territory sales goals.
- Promote the appropriate use of Sobi products to healthcare professionals in accordance with all Corporate, PhRMA, and OIG guidelines.
- Develop and implement a territory business plan to meet customer needs.
- Analyze weekly territory sales data to prioritize physician targeting and ensure accurate reporting.
- Prepare territory budget plans for customer contacts, local symposia, and other external expenditures.
- Assist in identifying and resolving issues and communicate proactively to sales and marketing management.
- Report all adverse events to Sobi’s Drug Safety department per required guidelines.
- Perform all administrative functions, including timely reporting of call activity and customer information.
What We're Looking For
- Must reside within the territory of Connecticut/Springfield, MA.
- Comprehensive understanding of Sobi and competitor products in their therapeutic area.
- In-depth knowledge of the relevant disease states.
- Strict compliance with all regulatory agencies, state, and federal law.
Team & Environment
This role reports to a Regional Sales Director.

This is a local country-based position for candidates in Connecticut and Springfield, MA.
