Deliver compassionate, client-centered therapy to autistic and neurodivergent adults through secure telehealth platforms. As a licensed mental health professional, you’ll build a personalized caseload while working within a close-knit clinical community that values collaboration and continuous learning.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
- Engage in weekly drop-in sessions and monthly case discussions to support clinical growth
- Participate in peer consultation to enhance treatment planning and reduce professional isolation
- Manage your schedule freely between 7 AM and 1 PM, seven days a week, with no required evenings or weekends
- Use digital tools like Zoom, EHR systems, and Slack to coordinate care and communication
What We’re Looking For
You hold an independent clinical license (LCSW, LPC, or LMHC) and bring strong therapeutic skills with a commitment to neurodiversity-affirming practices. Experience in telehealth is a plus, and comfort with virtual platforms is essential. You value autonomy but also thrive in a supportive, team-oriented clinical environment.
