About the Role
This position involves guiding clients through property and casualty insurance decisions, managing policy lifecycles, and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate property and casualty insurance policies
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state insurance regulations
- Process new and renewal policies accurately and on time
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests
- Explain policy terms, benefits, and exclusions clearly
- Support claims resolution by coordinating with claims adjusters
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Identify coverage gaps and suggest policy improvements
- Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
- Build long-term relationships with policyholders
- Provide timely follow-up during underwriting processes
- Stay informed about market trends and product updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Conduct policy reviews during renewal periods
- Assist with onboarding new clients
- Handle mid-term policy changes and endorsements
- Monitor expirations and initiate renewal communications
- Uphold ethical standards in all client interactions
- Participate in ongoing professional development
