Responsibilities
- Adhere to healthcare regulations such as JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA in all daily practices.
- Carry out LPN-level clinical duties with proficiency, including proper medication administration, sterile field setup, and correct disinfection and sterilization of equipment.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately, on time, and in full alignment with organizational standards.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with physicians, medical assistants, patient coordinators, and other team members regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules, while proactively anticipating needs.
- Record surgical and clinical notes in patient charts with accuracy and proper detail.
- Deliver the highest standard of patient care and customer service at all times.
- Follow established policies and procedures consistently to support favorable patient outcomes.
- Enhance patient retention by delivering exceptional care and a positive patient experience.
- Support all clinical and surgical processes across various stages and functions.
- Demonstrate professionalism, emotional maturity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals of diverse personalities.
